KANAK ATTACK...A Hawaiian saying meaning "I ate so much I have to take a nap!"

Kanak Attack is owned and operated by Arthur and Melissa Moreno. Arthur and Melissa lived in Hawaii for 5 years. They fell in love with the sun, surf and aloha and want to bring that to Ohio. Arthur has cooked for several restaurants, including the Ritz Carlton in Palm Springs and Big City Diner in Honolulu. On his travel she’s discovered that good food is good for you and there’s every reason to serve it with a smile and aloha spirit. Arthur has developed the "Art of Prime Rib" and his favorite saying is “Diet is die with a t.” By making healthy choices, using as fresh ingredients as possible, and making the food ourselves, we can offer ono grinds (delicious food) that you feel good about enjoying. This also allows us to be more accommodating for special food needs. Arthur has been creating desserts made with natural, unprocessed sweeteners and breads from organic flours. Our goal is to bring healthy meals in a hurry to even the pickiest of eaters. And for the moments you get “stressed” (read it backwards), when nothing else will do, we will have “regular” desserts.
